WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES

USA Rugby Membership – $55.98

(Required for all players, coaches, and volunteers)

Membership covers:
• Insurance coverage
• Player & coach development
• SafeSport training for coaches
• Eligibility for competition
• Valid September 1 – August 31

Bobcats Club Fee – $75.00

Your club fee supports:
• League participation
• Field rentals
• Equipment (balls, tackle pads, cones)
• Practice shirt
• Administrative costs
• Game day expenses

HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1

Go to Rugby Explorer, Click “Register.”
Log in to Rugby Explorer or create a new account.

*All participants must have a current USA Rugby membership.

Step 2

Select the person to register and confirm club:
York County Bobcats

Step 3

Choose:
• Role (Player)
• Registration Type (High School or Youth)
• Duration (Season)

Step 4

Confirm personal details and ensure accuracy.

Step 5

Read and sign waivers and participation agreement.

Step 6

Review registration summary and submit payment.
Total due: $130.98

Step 7

Check your email for confirmation.
